in soviet poland we have some place called milky bars, you can eat cheap vegetarian dishes there (you can also eat some meat but it's nit that cheap), reason why it's so cheap is that state is refunding some % for tou vegetarian meal

they were always serving drinks in that kind of mugs as they were easy to storage and difficult to break and here we are, the modern version of old school milky bar's mugs
